Today, Arashi 40th single
Calling/Breathless was released ! and to all Arashi Fan Club Members there are
incoming mail from Arashi with the title Calling/Breathless. Here for
translation and some news :
O: Today’s release of our
singles "CallingXBreathless" gave us an opportunity to fo cross talk
with all the Arashi members together.
All: Yay!
M: This is the 40th right?
N: I'm pleased about it
(grin)!!
S: Yes, it the 40th memorial
CD that has both A sides to it!
O: I thought it was around
20th some time ago.
A: We did released a lot
songs over the years.
S: Yes, we worked very hard
to get this CD to be released. All this time we were all tied up with our own
individual work as well.
A: "Calling" is
theme song for my Tuesday drama "Last Hope" that I appear in.
S: You also have special
series on J-web as well called "Aiba Hope (draft)". When you can
remove the word "draft"?
A: I wonder if would be at
final episode? Both drama and song, theme is equal to "life and hope"
with rock tune we hardly had. The lyrics is low pitch, isn’t it?
O: Yup, I like it as it has sense of speed to it too.
S: The tune easy to play on
air guitar for sure! XD
M: Many of Aiba-kun's drama
theme songs had soft image tunes instead. But when I heard this was medical
drama, I thought it’d be heart-waming type, but it turned out to be a sharpen
one & it came as a surprised to me. (grin)
N: Yup! It was different
from that I imaged at first too.
S: But when you watch the
drama, you must understand why it turned out that way.
A: Ah, thank you all!!
N: So,
"Breathless" is the theme song for my movie "Platina Data"
that I appear in and will be release on March 16th 2013. This song is the tune
that has a normal feel to it, that we used to doing as a group.
A: Yes, right, right! All
with the PV for this song, we dance pretty cool huh?
O: It has been a long time
since we danced this much.
S: Hmm, since when was that?
A: Truth?
S: We danced that much
before back then with that song? I think we also danced a lot during our PVs
for Monster & Lotus as well.
All: Ah, Lotus.
O: Since that time eh?
All:......
A: Wow, here we are
reminiscing about the past.(grin)
M: Oh yeah, I recently
watched Platina Data. At the end of the movie, our song "Breathless"
aired.
S: So, did it match?
M: very much.
N: Thank you very much all
of you!
S: Coupling songs with our
CDs released: "All Right!!" is groovy rock beat with repeat screaming
of the title of our song like at a gas station. :P
N: Yes, this is does have a
really groovy tune to it.
S: So, you naturally do
choreograph it.
A: With "All
Right" it’s okay (copy movement of gas station staff) XD
N: I'll pay by cash. (do
comedy skit)
O: … this would be easy hand

M: As with the other song,
"Full of Love" is a mellow and comfortable song.
S: This is like western song.
Very cool style.
M: As for both A side
singles have a very strong beat to it, so with these coupling songs it pretty
balanced with these ones.
A: I want to I definitely
recommend it with full of confidence! Our 40th single released for sure has very
really good tunes to it! I hope you will listen to these songs of ours!!
N: Obviously, you can listen
these 2 singles by watching Aiba-kun’s drama "Last Hope" and going to
watch my movie "Platina Data"! Anyways, hope you enjoy song in these
various methods!
